Dr. Glass does not accept insurance payment assignment. This means that your
treatment at our clinic is not part of your permanent medical record with your
insurance company, unless you choose to notify them.
As a “fee for service” provider, Dr. Glass can spend more time
with her patients, as she is not restricted to a set “allowable”number
of visits or limited to using particular treatment strategies.
Payment is made directly to Dr. Glass at the time of service, which also provides
patients an additional level of confidentiality. However, if patients would
like to submit their charges to their insurance company, a detailed billing
statement can be generated in the office. Reimbursement of the session fees
is dependent on individual insurance agreements.
